- Reinforced concrete foundations and ground beams
- Drainage design and installation including surface water management
- Service installation — foul, surface water, utilities ducting
- Kerbing, edgings and external hard-standing works
- Finished concrete slabs to tight tolerances
Project Description
A speculative big-box logistics unit at a prime Crewe development, built to the highest specification as part of PLP’s portfolio of industrial and logistics assets. The unit features 15m clear internal height, a 72m deep service yard, three-storey external offices and a separately accessed car park with 442 spaces.
O’Grady Construction’s early involvement allowed value engineering opportunities to be identified and implemented, delivering programme and cost efficiencies without compromising the specification. The project was delivered on programme and to budget.
