Project Description
This purpose-built green automotive hub enables vehicle parts to arrive at a local automotive factory by RoRo ship rather than road, significantly reducing the carbon footprint of the supply chain. The facility eliminates approximately 14,700 lorry journeys annually.
The scope included some of the most technically demanding civil works O’Grady Construction has delivered — including new dock RoRo landing structures and the installation of a substantial 280,000-litre underground interceptor tank alongside an extensive channel drainage network across the new truck park.
