Project Description
This 365,000 sq ft logistics unit at Stone Business Park represents one of Staffordshire’s largest recent industrial developments. A highlight of the scope was the installation of a 2,000m³ stormwater attenuation tank — one of the largest drainage installations O’Grady Construction has delivered.
Early involvement enabled collaborative planning with the principal contractor to optimise the groundworks delivery sequence, keeping the project on programme throughout. The completed development is projected to generate over 500 permanent jobs for the Staffordshire region.
